We had a room with a pool view and it was amazing! The sea view room was also lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed. The accommodation is located on a hill, providing a good balance between the village and other shops. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and there was no noise from other rooms. The location offered a perfect blend of nature and a breathtaking view. It was a cozy and calm place to stay, with a great view of the sea. The pool provided a refreshing escape during the hot days. Katerina and her husband were always friendly and helpful, putting love and passion into their family-run hotel.

Very helpful and friendly personel. The hotel is situated on a hill with fantastic view over hersonissos and its beaches but away from turbulent nightlife and very quiet at night. Three villages (Koutouloufari, Piskopiano, Hersonissos) in walking distance with a good choice of restaurants, taverns, and bars.

Hotel owner/reception is only reachable by telephone. There are no fixed opening hours for reception.

Located just a short walk from the village, this hotel offers easy access to shops and amenities. The beautiful small beach Aleko's garden is also nearby, perfect for a relaxing day in the sun. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the bathrooms are spacious, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The hotel lacks adequate cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils in the kitchenette, making it difficult to prepare meals.

Location of the hotel is excellent, close to both Hersonissos and the traditional village of Koutouloufari. Amazing views from the room towards the sea and the mountains. Very friendly staff, they were always wiling to help us and gave us good information about the area. Will definitely go back.

The apartments where very comfortable with great sea view , very close to the city of Hersonissos and the beach, a definitely value for money choice.

I cannot express how incredibly amazed and blown away we were by our stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with the most jaw-dropping sea view and a beautifully clean and well-maintained property. The location was perfect, with two stunning beaches nearby. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff, Lisa and Jan. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They were always there to assist us with anything we needed, and their kindness and hard work left us in awe. They even recommended incredible places for us to visit, making our vacation even more exciting. The level of care and attention to every detail was unmatched. To top it all off, they even helped us with our transfer to the airport, saving us from missing our flight. If you want to experience the love and warmth of Crete, this is the place to stay!

Loved the natural water springs in the sea, so refreshing! Koutouloufari had amazing food options. Crete is just dripping with mythological charm. Also, loved my golf lesson and the proximity to the water park and sandy beaches!

Oh, and who doesn't love a broken toilet and noisy nights? Just adds to the "romantic" experience, right?
